About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the United States, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and direct patient care within healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
  • Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure accurately.
  • Provide mobility support by helping patients move safely, including transferring and repositioning bedridden individuals.
  • Observe and report any changes in patients’ physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Support patients emotionally by offering companionship and responding to their needs with empathy and respect.
  • Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies at all times.
