Guest Room Attendant
Guest Room Attendants (GRA) play a significant role by ensuring all guest rooms are cleaned and serviced, providing a comfortable, welcoming, and pleasant experience for guests.
Clean guest rooms according to department guidelines and high standards.
Ensure all room amenities are stocked and displayed in the appropriate manner.
Ensure all fixtures are in perfect working order.
Change bed linen, make beds, replace towels, dust, vacuum, mop floors and empty trash.
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and more than 55 pounds with assistance.
Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment.
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift.
Must exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service.
Communication skills needed to understand and respond to guests’ requests.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors/Manager.
Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
Team Player with a guest first attitude.
