• $100 after 30 days
• $200 after 60 days

SUMMARY: 

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of store, as assigned. Will carry out functions vital to smooth operation of shop.
• Will work to develop guest loyalty, provide superb customer service and respond to guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Follows all standard operating procedures and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
• Maintain orderly and neat presentation of merchandise.
• Perform duties related to stocking of inventory.
• Provide outstanding level of Guest and Team Member service.
• Maintain open line of communication with supervisor.
• Perform duties and follow all procedures related to the opening and closing of the retail shop.
• Monitor and report any problems or issues regarding the operation of the store.
• Maintains positive relations with all customers and Team members.
• Assist guests with purchases of products.
• Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy when dealing with guests and teammates
• Adheres to Golden Nugget uniform policy.
• Maintains a safe work environment for all employees, and complies with Casino Policies and procedures, as well as Health Department and OSHA policies and procedures.
• Always maintains a clean organized work environment.
• Perform duties in compliance with company policies as well as all Federal, State and Local safety and health standards as well as the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
• All employees must be willing and able to work a flexible work week with additional hours on a non-routine basis.
• Complies with established security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates a good working knowledge of all casino food and beverage outlets and products. Is able to answer customers’ questions.
• Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
