Responsibilities
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
- Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline financial management, ensuring meticulous invoice processing, comprehensive reporting, and seamless personnel administration
- Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
- Deliver exceptional customer experience by proactively investigating and resolving guest complaints, transforming negative interactions into positive customer retention opportunities
- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, planning while ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service
- Champion an empowering leadership approach that nurtures talent through continuous mentorship, personalized feedback, and innovative goal-setting that celebrates individual and team potential
Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment
- Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
