We strategically join the dots between our design, experience, governance and measurement capabilities, and always connect our brand work to business outcomes.&nbsp;<br><br>Landor companies also include amp (sonic branding), bdg (workplace &amp; architectural experts), Deep Local (creative technologists) and ManvsMachine (3D motion design).<br><br>We are part of WPP.</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1">A Senior Designer at Landor will work on medium to large sized projects, using knowledge of their client’s business and challenges, along with</p> <p class="p1">their expertise, to develop a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions.</p> <p class="p1">Job Responsibilities</p> <p class="p1">• Consistently delivers strong thinking, craft and accomplishments within the field of practice</p> <p class="p1">• Leads on conceptual exploration, including ideation, sketching, and research</p> <p class="p1">• Partners with internal teams and clients to establish direction and innovative design solutions, ensuring implementation from</p> <p class="p1">concept through production</p> <p class="p1">• Developing design ideas across integrated solutions that demonstrate a deep understanding of the target audience, and can be</p> <p class="p1">applied accordingly across various channels (Digital, print, experience etc) to deliver high quality, innovative ideas that support</p> <p class="p1">the brand strategy</p> <p class="p1">• Confidently expresses a POV, providing suggestions on their own work as well as the work of others.</p> <p class="p1">• Supports and guides more junior team members to elevate creative solutions that support the client brief and project goals.</p> <p class="p1">• Assists in evaluating and contributing to the development of writing competitive and innovative design strategies and plans</p> <p class="p1">• Confidently works across multiple projects, working in conjunction with the design, client and production teams to ensure client</p> <p class="p1">needs are met to the highest standard</p> <p class="p1">• Collaborates with peers, design counterparts and partner groups to ensure project design continuity across all areas of focus,</p> <p class="p1">working together to overcome complex strategic and design challenges</p> <p class="p1">• Interacts with colleagues and clients in a positive, professional, and motivating manner.</p> <p class="p1">• Makes the most of AI to maximize knowledge, inspiration and efficiencies</p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll need</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1">Experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency as a designer as part of a project team</p> <p class="p1">• Understands bold thinking and how it translates into design</p> <p class="p1">• Demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of design with strong creative excellence, conceptual thinking, consistently</p> <p class="p1">developing innovative design ideas</p> <p class="p1">• Can confidently integrate a brand’s message, colour, imagery, type, composition and other assets and behaviours into</p> <p class="p1">deliverables</p> <p class="p1">• Can tell a compelling story and communicate a design strategy</p> <p class="p1">• Knowledge of current and upcoming creative and design trends</p> <p class="p1">• Awareness of trends in other industries, evolving cultural landscapes, as well as economic, political and environmental trends,</p> <p class="p1">that shape how people interact with brands and design.</p> <p class="p1">• Passion for design, brand and creative excellence[Document Title]</p> <p class="p1">• Strong technical skills with a range of creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, AI tools, and similar - as well</p> <p class="p1">as the ability to represent design thinking using traditional design tools and hand sketching</p> <p class="p1">• Proficiency in motion graphics and digital design, experienced in leading the creation of impactful, cross-platform visual content</p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
