We strategically join the dots between our design, experience, governance and measurement capabilities, and always connect our brand work to business outcomes.&nbsp;<br><br>Landor companies also include amp (sonic branding), bdg (workplace &amp; architectural experts), Deep Local (creative technologists) and ManvsMachine (3D motion design).<br><br>We are part of WPP.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1">As a Midweight Designer, you'll be a key player in our creative team, helping us deliver amazing design by:</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Dreaming up fresh, unique ideas and solving creative puzzles with original thinking to create striking and compelling designs.</li> <li class="li1">Working closely with Design Directors and the wider team to brainstorm and deliver creative solutions that truly hit the mark for our clients.</li> <li class="li1">Diving deep into conceptual exploration, exploring all avenues to find the best design solutions and ensuring we've considered every angle.</li> <li class="li1">Assessing design options and really pushing the creative boundaries to come up with breakthrough ideas that align with our strategy and briefs.</li> <li class="li1">Helping to shape smart, innovative design strategies and plans.</li> <li class="li1">Collaborating with our internal teams and clients, sharing your passion for brilliant branding, packaging, motion, and visual communication.</li> <li class="li1">Being quick on your feet, contributing ideas, and inspiring those around you.</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll need</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1">To thrive in this role, you'll bring:</p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Previous design experience within a brand or design agency.</li> <li class="li1">Solid experience working with consumer brands, especially in FMCG and packaging.</li> <li class="li1">You'll know your way around creating brands and products, from initial strategy and concept right through to launch.</li> <li class="li1">A good grasp of the details involved in managing product messages, pack hierarchies, and how to make ranges easy to navigate.</li> <li class="li1">You're an absolute pro with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.</li> <li class="li1">A portfolio that really shines, full of recent work that shows off your knack for generating and developing creative ideas.</li> <li class="li1">A genuine interest in how digital and new tech can be woven into brand stories in smart, impactful ways.</li> <li class="li1">You're always up-to-date with the latest creative and design trends, and you know how to apply them.</li> <li class="li1">Great communication skills – you can chat confidently with clients and collaborate easily with our team.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
