Leasing Specialist – Now Hiring!
We are hiring a self‑motivated, personable, and customer‑focused Leasing Specialist to join our busy leasing office! The ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic, results‑oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Previous leasing or sales experience is preferred. Candidates must be available to work weekdays and some Saturdays.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about helping prospects find their perfect home.

Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Actively market and promote apartment rentals and move‑ins
Answer phones, conduct tours, and provide an exceptional leasing experience
Prepare, process, and review leases and related documents
Assist with collecting rent and managing delinquent accounts
Support vacancy management and maintain maximum occupancy levels
Coordinate move‑ins, move‑outs, and lease renewals
Maintain resident files, ledgers, cash receipt journals, and perform bank deposits
Assist with property inspections and maintenance coordination
Provide residents with a clean, safe, and well‑maintained community
Perform general office administration (typing, filing, reporting, etc.)
Adhere to Fair Housing laws, company policies, budgets, and safety protocols
Report accidents, emergencies, and policy concerns promptly
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Property Manager

Strong sales skills
Basic office procedure knowledge
Accounting and computer skills
Knowledge of resident/landlord relations
High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic
Preferred:
Previous leasing experience
RealPage experience
Experience with Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements
The Leasing Specialist role requires:
Frequent walking and mobility throughout the property
Climbing stairs, inspecting apartments and breezeways
Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
Clear visual acuity to ensure safety
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, team members, and vendors
