Job DetailsJob Location: MutualonMain - Richmond, VA 23219Landmark Property Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at Mutual on Main, a beautifully restored historic high‑rise in downtown Richmond.

 

This is a fast‑paced, high‑traffic leasing office. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and experienced in leasing, customer service, social media, and sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong resident relationships
Support leasing efforts, tours, move‑ins, renewals, and marketing
Process leases and related documents
Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with office administration, vendor coordination, and community upkeep
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Contribute to maintaining high occupancy and minimal vacancy loss
Manage and maintain the property’s social media presence, to support marketing, leasing, and resident engagement.

QualificationsSchedule & Requirements

Full‑time, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays
Occasional evening availability for resident events
Minimum 2 years of leasing experience required; management experience preferred
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
RealPage experience a plus
Must pass drug and background screenings

 

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking, stair climbing, and unit inspections
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform basic physical tasks as needed
