A School Crossing Patrol is required for Burnley Road, Padiham. The crossing itself is directly outside Padiham Primary. The hours are from 08:35 – 09:05 and 15:10 - 15:40 weekdays during term time, which is 38 weeks a year. Payment is FLW, currently £12.60 an hour for a minimum of 5 hours a week (this varies at each crossing point) annualised. Uniform and training are provided.
This is a unique crossing point, whereby you will be working in tandem with another crossing patroller, ensuring safe crossing across a very wide section of road.

This position is part time and term time only.
The post you are applying for is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). - The School Crossing Patrol is responsible for ensuring the safe crossing of children across a wide section of road. This role involves working in tandem with another patroller during designated hours on weekdays.
