Job Description Summary
This position performs repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, and welding. Conducts routine, periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses hand and power tools. Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment.
Job Description
The following requirements must be met in order to move from any level:
Have an acceptable record with the company for safety, attendance, and have no disciplinary actions on file
Must be able to utilize SAP for any maintenance requirements including: writing a Work Order, Adding comments to Work Orders, looking up spare parts and bill of materials
Averages a PM completion rate of 90% year to date
Average A Critical PM completion rate of 98% year to date
Actively writes adequate notifications for items observed needing attention.
Current on all LOTO validations, Safety trainings and required certifications

Punctuality: Arriving on time for shifts or meetings consistently

Good Work Ethic, This includes but is not limited to
Effective time management; prioritizing tasks to maximize your day. Daily priority is A Critical ZM03, ZM01s, B/C Critical ZM03, ZM06s and confirming time in SAP before shifts end
Consistency: maintaining a high level of performance and productivity over a elongated period of time. this includes but is not limited to, team work on line calls, PM completion, notifications, collorabation on projects
Communicates well with other departments, supervisors,
Shows leadership and can take charge of a situation to solve a problem
Good troubleshooting skills
Willing to work overtime or off shift when needed
