Here at Lakeside Foods, our Field team is the backbone of our field operations, ensuring proper operation of the agriculture department. The Field Scout will perform a variety of day to day tasks with the Ag Department. If you are a creative problem-solver who likes to work outdoors during the summer months we want to talk with you.
Pay Range
- $17.00-$18.00

What You’ll Do:
- Assist Agriculture Manager with a variety of day to day tasks.
- Aid in seed delivery and GPS mapping of fields.
- Take stand counts.
- Routine monitoring of bug traps.
- Report back to Agriculture Manager with daily findings in the field.
- Pretest raw product from the field to determine harvest timing.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- Agriculture experience. (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
