They help facilitate the front office.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;are responsible for greeting&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s and making them feel welcomed.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;must be personable with the&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s. Must always smile and maintain an even, friendly demeanor, while on the job.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;must escort&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s and patients to clean, empty exam, free of persistent, offensive odors. Accurately weigh the pet on the correct scale for the pet. Assist&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s to their cars if necessary. Offer water to&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s or patients in need.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;must keep the reception area clean and organized by dusting, picking up trash and organizing the work area. This position must clean exam rooms between&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s and straighten them as needed by sweeping, cleaning the exam table &amp; instruments &amp; restocking rooms. Always keep coffee stocked and available for&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s.</div> <div>The&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;must be in close communication with the assistants/technicians.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;are responsible for announcing that the assistants/doctors next exam room has been loaded. This position must also have knowledge of timing with all appointments going on in a given time.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;should also have a general knowledge of the flow throughout the entire hospital during the workday. This position works closely with the CSR’s as well communicating and assisting them regularly as needed.</div> <div><span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;must build positive professional relationships with&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">client</span>s and staff members.&nbsp;<span class="markj2tv3owir" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Client</span>&nbsp;<span class="markjjhlaninm" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Coordinators</span>&nbsp;should have completed their high school diplomas and must pursue on-the-job training.&nbsp;</div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Essential Qualifications):</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Education</strong>:<br>• High School Diploma or GED required<br>Professional Licenses/Certifications: None<br>Experience:<br>• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service preferred<br>• Experience in a medical facility desired<br>Knowledge, Skills and Ability:<br>• Ability to provide effective customer service principles<br>• Basic knowledge of medical terminology<br>• Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite<br>• Basic written, verbal, and active listening communication skills<br>• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills<br>• Exercises tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive issues and situations<br>• Prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills<br>• Effectively and quickly responds to requests in a proactive manner<br>• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <p><br>While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.<br>The team member must frequently use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision<br>abilities are required to do this job including close vision. This position requires walking and/or<br>standing for long periods of time, bending, reaching, grasping, and repetitive motions. May be<br>exposed to disinfectant/sanitation chemicals, pets dander, and excretions. This position is<br>exposed to low to moderate noise levels. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted, 50 lbs. with<br>assistance. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.</p> <p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> None</p>
