As a Data Analyst, you will combine strong SQL, advanced Excel expertise, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver accurate insights that improve operations and support data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Write and optimize SQL queries and support data models.
- Build dashboards, reports, and automated data pipelines for key KPIs.
- Validate data accuracy and analyze trends and performance gaps.
- Use advanced Excel daily (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, automation).
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Partner with developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Deliver clear insights while ensuring HIPAA, privacy, and security compliance.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- 2+ years in data or business analytics.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Advanced Excel expertise (required).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.
Preferred
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Exposure to APIs, ETL, or cloud data platforms (Azure a plus).
- Healthcare or operational analytics background.
- Intermediate Python, R, or JavaScript.
