Shift Details:
- Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
- Overtime opportunities as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely.
- Review production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job priorities.
- Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run.
- Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job.
- Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocols.
- Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems.
- Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of press operating experience.
- Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
- Solid understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Good math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
