What You’ll Do
- Prep Ingredients with Care: Measure, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients, sauces, and components for daily menu items.
- Create Pastry Perfection: Assist in crafting La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods with precision and consistency.
- Maintain Quality & Freshness: Inspect ingredients and finished items to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
- Follow Recipes & Standards: Adhere to portioning, presentation, and storage guidelines to guarantee consistency.
- Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a tidy prep and pastry area, properly sanitize tools, and follow all safety procedures.
- Support the Team: Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for food, baking, and craftsmanship

- Prior kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but not required
This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.

What you'll do
