Run the Show - Oversee daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.

3+ years of restaurant general management experience (fast casual or full-service preferred)
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing team
Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.

Since opening the doors of our first location in 1983, la Madeleine has grown from a single local bakery to a beloved French café concept with approximately 85 locations nationwide. Our plan is to continue growth with new cafés in our existing markets, as well as in new franchise markets.
