What You’ll Do

  • Support and guide hourly team members with scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback

  • Lead with positivity and build a collaborative team culture

  • Set the tone for hospitality and professionalism on every shift

  • Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance

  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards in line with brand and regulatory expectations

  • Execute procedures efficiently and consistently to ensure smooth shift operations

  • Interact with guests to ensure high satisfaction and quick resolution of concerns

  • Elevate the guest experience by promoting seasonal menu items and encouraging return visits

  • Help manage labor, cost of goods, and daily inventory

  • Support General Manager in executing restaurant goals and operational improvements

  • Analyze trends and assist with local marketing and community outreach efforts

  • Onboard and train new team members on La Madeleine standards and other duties assigned. 

  • Identify rising stars and help build a strong internal talent pipeline

This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
