As a Dental Assistant at Noble, you will:
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered case management and resource navigation to support and improve overall well-being.
- Be Part of an Integrated Care Model: Deliver evidence-based, quality care with the support of a collaborative team, including Medical, Pharmacy, and Dental providers.
- Serve as a Case Management Expert: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team while offering your expertise to address diverse needs.

About the Role
As a dental assistant, you will enhance the efficiency of the dental office as well as provide a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming environment creating a positive experience for patients.
What You’ll Do
• Support both the dentist and patients with a variety of tasks.
• Assist with patient preparation, providing comfort and explaining procedures.
• Offer clinical support during dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and managing dental materials.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Ensure instruments are property sterilized, and that the treatment area is clean and organized.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment care.
• Expose and develop diagnostic dental x-rays and perform routing maintenance and cleaning of dental operatory equipment.

What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Dental Assistant is desired.
• Graduation from a Dental Assistant training program/technical school. Additional training may substitute for required experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds..
