Hydro-Jet &amp; Rooter Services,</strong>&nbsp;you will be responsible for appraising and determining the value of sewer&nbsp;<span class="markeqzuxasrf" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">repair</span>s, preparing estimates, and supporting the&nbsp;<span class="markeqzuxasrf" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">Repair</span>&nbsp;Department in planning, scheduling, and completing plumbing projects. HYDRO-JET&nbsp; NEEDS FROM YOU:</strong></div> <ul> <li>Lead and participate in the planning, estimating, and scheduling of plumbing&nbsp;<span class="markeqzuxasrf" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">repair</span>&nbsp;projects.</li> <li>Prepare estimates by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents.</li> <li>Conduct inspections of potential projects, identify labor/material/time requirements, and compute costs.</li> <li>Oversee and assist in the installation, maintenance, and&nbsp;<span class="markeqzuxasrf" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">repair</span>&nbsp;of sewer lines, valves, sump pumps, toilets, and fixtures.</li> <li>Train, guide, and provide work direction to&nbsp;<span class="markeqzuxasrf" data-markjs="true" data-ogac="" data-ogab="" data-ogsc="" data-ogsb="">repair</span>&nbsp;team members; ensure safety and quality compliance.</li> <li>Maintain records, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and property managers.</li> <li>Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.</li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>WHAT SETS YOU APART:</strong></div> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of progressively responsible plumbing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of plumbing methods, codes, materials, and equipment.</li> <li>Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and specifications.</li> <li>Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.</li> <li>California Class C Driver’s License required.</li> <li>Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. with assistance; able to kneel, crouch, climb, and work in varied environments.</li> <li>Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and around mechanical equipment.</li> </ul> <div class="x_elementToProof"><strong>L.A. Hydro-Jet and Rooter Service</strong> determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
