<p><strong>As Sr. Manager of Contracting and Credentialing, you will:</strong></p>

<li>Lead and optimize payer administration and provider credentialing operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely onboarding.</li>
<li>Drive scalable process improvements through automation, data integrity, and performance management to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally and with payers to manage requirements, communicate changes, and support strategic growth initiatives.</li>

<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) with 2+ years in healthcare contracting, credentialing, or related operational roles.</li>
<li><strong>Process & Systems Leadership:</strong> Proven experience designing, implementing, and improving processes or systems, including leading cross-functional projects.</li>
<li><strong>People & Project Management:</strong> Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, manage priorities, and work effectively with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite, Asana).</li>
<li><strong>Analytics & Self-Direction:</strong> Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze data while exercising sound judgment in complex or ambiguous situations.</li>
<li><strong>Communication & Ownership:</strong> Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and thrives in innovative, fast-paced settings.</li>
