The Role

Como Administrador de almacenamiento en Kyndryl, resolverá problemas complejos e identificará posibles problemas futuros en todo el espectro de plataformas y servicios. Estará a la vanguardia de las nuevas tecnologías y la modernización, trabajando con algunos de nuestros mayores clientes, es decir, algunos de los mayores del mundo.

Nunca hay un día típico como Administrador de almacenamiento en Kyndryl, porque no hay dos proyectos iguales. Gestionará los datos de los sistemas para los clientes y proporcionará soluciones cotidianas y cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad. Supervisará una cola de tareas y trabajará directamente con los técnicos, priorizando los tickets para ofrecer las mejores soluciones a nuestros clientes.

Who You Are

Usted es bueno en lo que hace y posee la experiencia necesaria para demostrarlo. Sin embargo, igual de importante es que tenga una mentalidad de crecimiento y esté dispuesto a impulsar su propio desarrollo personal y profesional. Está orientado al cliente: alguien que prioriza el éxito del cliente en su trabajo. Y, por último, es abierto y no tiene fronteras: naturalmente integrador en su forma de trabajar con los demás.

Experiencia técnica y profesional requerida

A partir de tres años de experiencia en:

-Administración y operación de cabinas de almacenamiento corporativas: IBM, Huawei, NetApp/NetUp u otras plataformas similares.

-Gestión de redes SAN con switches Brocade y/o Cisco, incluyendo zoning, máscaras, configuración de puertos y resolución de incidencias.

-Manejo de protocolos SAN/NAS, creación y administración de LUNs, volúmenes, NFS, CIFS, SMB, etc.

-Conocimientos en Fibre Channel, multipathing y buenas prácticas de conectividad entre hosts y cabinas.

-Monitorización, troubleshooting y optimización básica del rendimiento del almacenamiento.

-Apoyo en tareas de capacity planning, documentación técnica y gestión de incidencias de nivel 2/3 en entornos de almacenamiento.
