In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.</span></span></p><br><p><b>Assistant Manager: </b></p><p>This position oversees all aspects of running a retail/food location</p><p>· Hiring, training, scheduling of 20-60 coworkers</p><p>· Food safety</p><p>· Ordering, inventory control</p><p>· P&Ls</p><p>· Cleaning and stocking</p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><p>· Great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns</p><p>· Enjoy a fast paced work environment</p><p>· Ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly</p><p>· Desire to help and mentor others</p><p>· Maintain a clean and inviting store</p><p>· Prior management / leadership experience</p><p><b>Schedule:</b></p><p> Our Assistant Managers are typically scheduled 45 hours during a 5 day work-week and receive time and half for any additional hours worked over 40 in a week.</p><p> Kwik Trip has been rated as a <b>Top Workplace</b> 10 years running, both nationally and in the states that we operate.
