Join our high-performing team of consultants as a Product Manager. Your first engagement will be with a leading financial services client, focused on building a customer marketing and segmentation platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple industries and product environments, partnering closely with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.


Responsibilities




  • Act as Product Manager for a client-facing customer marketing segmentation product, owning the product backlog and maintaining visibility into current and upcoming epics.




  • Proactively manage backlog scope, identifying future work and translating evolving business needs into prioritized requirements.




  • Partner with client and internal engineering teams to break down epics into detailed PRDs and user stories.




  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, track delivery through Jira, and provide hands-on support for execution and production issues.




  • Scope and refine features across orchestration and UI layers, ensuring business goals are clearly reflected in technical solutions.




  • Contribute to client and internal leadership discussions, sharing product insights, roadmap updates, and strategic recommendations.




  • Help design and deliver digital tools that enable clients to build and manage incentive-based and audience-focused products.

Key Skills & Qualifications




  • Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.




  • Strong ability to own backlogs, write effective user stories, and drive feature execution.




  • Familiarity with orchestration layers, UI components, and API contract definition.




  • Comfortable working in client-facing environments with changing priorities and evolving requirements.




  • A digital product mindset with a focus on execution, learning, and impact.

Minimum Degree Required:




  • Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
