About this role

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site as required.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support product installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to address technical inquiries and customer requirements.
