What is your role?
As the Sales Director Poland & Baltics, you will be accountable for:
Commercial Strategy & Execution
- Co‑creating the Cluster Commerce Strategy and translating it into a clear, actionable local sales strategy, including annual plans, roadmaps, OGSM, KPIs, and budgets.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate profitable, sustainable growth.
- Ensuring delivery of country P&L, strategic KPIs, budget targets, and long‑term market share development.
Business Growth & Market Opportunities
- Identifying, initiating, and scaling new business opportunities and innovations across Poland & the Baltics.
- Improving existing sales approaches to strengthen commercial performance.
- Working closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Assortment, Pricing, and other key functions to drive coordinated commercial success.
- Building long‑term relationships with strategic customers and representing Kramp externally.
Leading the Local Organization
- Steering local financial and operational performance, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with global and corporate guidelines.
- Fostering a strong Kramp Way culture, ensuring employees feel engaged, supported, and proud to be part of the company.
- Ensuring communication flows smoothly: aligning management teams, informing employees, and building strong cross‑functional collaboration.
- Increasing local brand awareness and representing Kramp towards partners, authorities, and business networks.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Leading and developing the local sales organization, enabling teams to deliver high commercial performance.
- Creating the right organizational and technical conditions to ensure excellent execution.
- Managing the business unit budget and optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Working closely with cluster and global leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration.
People Management
- Leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team of direct reports.
- Building a strong talent pipeline and supporting leadership development.
- Creating a positive, collaborative team culture based on trust and accountability.
Change & Transformation Leadership
- Driving the adoption of continuous improvement practices.
- Leading and supporting major change programs across the organization.
- Ensuring commitment to transformation initiatives and enabling smooth implementation.
Who are you?
Professional Experience
- 8–10 years in senior sales leadership roles (B2B & B2C), ideally within technical, agricultural, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in an international matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of complex, multi‑channel commercial models (retail, web, B2B, B2C, field sales, customer service).
- Experience in E‑commerce, digital sales transformation, category management, assortment and pricing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, territory planning, and data‑driven sales management.
- Proven responsibility for P&L and operational KPIs.
- Strong background in organizational transformation, strategy creation, and execution.
- Ability to optimize digital processes and leverage customer analytics.

Education & Languages
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in Polish and English (mandatory).
