Do you thrive on solving complex information and data challenges within large-scale IT landscapes? Do you have solid experience as an Information Analyst and hands-on knowledge of STIBO STEP? Would you like to work in an international environment where product data quality and governance truly matter?

About the role

In this role, you will work on end-to-end implementations, optimize existing STEP configurations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Master Data Management (MDM) landscape. Every day brings new challenges at the intersection of business, data and IT.

  • You will translate business requirements and concepts into working STEP solutions, and contribute to their end-to-end implementation

  • Planning and guiding the implementation of new STEP functionalities, releases and upgrades, with a strong focus on usability and process efficiency

  • Documenting configurations, data models and processes, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to support and maintenance teams

  • Supporting integrations between STEP and surrounding systems (such as ERP, e-commerce platforms or downstream channels) in close collaboration with technical teams

  • You will provide third-line functional support for users.

  • Participating in international, cross-domain projects related to product data, assortment and content

  • Operating within Agile SCRUM Methodologies and utilizing the Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence) for effective collaboration.

Your team

You will join the Assortment team (7 members), responsible for delivering high-quality product content that is relevant, reliable and consistent end-to-end, from our STIBO STEP system into our e-commerce platform, serving both internal and external customers.

The team works extensively with STIBO STEP and related microservices, continuously improving product onboarding, enrichment, governance and product visibility across channels.

Who are you?

You are a hands-on Information Analyst with proven experience working deeply inside STIBO STEP. You enjoy configuring, analysing and improving STEP solutions yourself and are comfortable working at the intersection of data, processes and technology.

Experience & background

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Management or a related field

  • Several years of experience as an Information Analyst, Functional Analyst or similar role in a complex IT landscape

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with STIBO STEP, not only from a conceptual or coordinating perspective, but through day-to-day configuration and analysis

  • Experience with application implementation, enhancements and third-line support in a production environment

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain STEP-related solutions to both business and IT stakeholders

  • Comfortable working in an international environment

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

STIBO STEP & technical skills

  • Strong practical experience with STIBO STEP configuration, including:

  • data modelling (products, attributes, hierarchies and containers) workflows and business rules

  • UI configuration and validation logic

  • Experience working with STEP scripting (JavaScript) for business rules, validations or automation — you are comfortable reading, understanding and adjusting existing scripts

  • Solid understanding of PIM / MDM principles, data governance and data quality management

  • Experience supporting or contributing to integrations between STEP and downstream systems (such as e-commerce platforms or ERP systems)

Way of working

  • You are able to work independently within STEP, taking ownership of analysis and solutions

  • You work in a structured and analytical way and are not afraid to dive into complex data issues

  • You enjoy working project-based and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

  • You are customer-oriented towards internal stakeholders and actively seek better, more efficient solutions

What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast growing, and financially sound organization.
