The world of global advisory, audit and tax compliance services for large multi-nationals is rapidly changing and heavily dependent on technology. The KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is a KPMG special purpose member firm offering a way for clients to leverage KPMG top talent and technology platforms through regional teams of specialists, enabling economies of scale and a new way of working that expands beyond local capability.

 

The Enablement Lead will play a key role in the relationship management of assigned member firm(s) for KDN Advisory. This relationship lead will work with the regional KDN Advisory lead to set business strategy and be a key point of contact for all KDN business activity for the assigned member firm(s). The CEL will report to the regional leader supporting the member firm business requirements regarding KDN, leveraging KDN teams such as practice teams, Alliance teams and GDC leaders to ensure one KDN voice to the supported account.


What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key business leaders and stakeholders in assigned member firms
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve financial and CSAT targets while driving KDN adoption
  • Resolve escalations and take accountability for improvement plans to achieve strong client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales leads, delivery teams, and resource managers to respond to RFPs and support requests effectively
  • Actively monitor client pipelines, opportunities, and enhance delivery effectiveness across engagements
  • Drive delivery excellence, ensure consistency across KDN advisory activities, and apply best practices collaboratively with other leaders

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum 15 years experience in global account management, business development in a global professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related experience
  • Have a strong focus on service excellence and revenue growth, demonstrating responsiveness, exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication, influencing, and facilitation skills to effectively drive change and deliver value.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and scale major accounts/member firm revenue and a track record of impactful business leadership.
  • Clearly demonstrate the ability to manage and leverage that larger organization to manage and resolutive escalations and resolve problems.
  • Strong understanding of technology and how various solutions interact

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
