Background
Our tax automation team works closely with clients and client facing teams to build automation solutions for client use cases. The team is a separate vertical within Tax and has tremendous growth opportunities. The team is led by Senior Tax and Technology professionals with significant experience in Consulting firms
We are evaluating professionals with experience on Tax TDS skills to join the Tax automation team and build a strong career in this fast-growing field.

Job description
- Candidate should be from commerce background – Commerce graduate/ CA drop out
- Candidate having 9- 14 years’ experience of working on TDS (Expense side) related Tax technology software.
- Candidate should have working knowledge of excel/ word / Power point
- Candidate should have good drafting/presentation skills
- Candidate should be ready to join at Senior level
- Location preference – Delhi/Gurgaon /Mumbai
What we do:
- Access that whether any tax related function can be automated with the help of technology
- Get that technology enabled solution built with the help of IT team- engineers – Require Management skills, Preparing plan and meeting deadlines
- Communicate tax requirements(our expectations from software) to these Engineers in form of Business requirement Document (“BRD”). – Require knowledge of Microsoft Word + presentation skill
- Explain IT team these requirement again and again till engineers understand it to build them - Require knowledge of Tax + communication skills
- Get the product from them (output) and do User acceptance testing (“UAT”) – Require patience as this is repetitive in nature
- Get the corrections if required and again UAT, till we get the correct output and ultimately offer it for use
- Prepare presentations for client Meetings/ demo’s/ Internal meetings’ - Require knowledge of Microsoft Power point + presentation skill
