Roles & responsibilities
This role involves managing the Compliance Operations related to access controls, patch and configuration management and familiarity with SOC 2 and audit requirements. In addition, this individual will manage operational reports for KPMG Clara workflows, evolving usage reporting for recharging, and handling KPMG Clara AI chat reporting. The role also involves standardizing, optimizing and advancing reporting practices and improving the weekly operations reporting.
Execute day-to-day operations with a focus on stability, performance, and customer experience across production and staging environments.
Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Cloud Operations to plan releases, manage risks, and rapidly resolve incidents and defects.
Drive operational excellence through automation, observability, and repeatable runbooks; continuously improve SLAs/SLOs and mean-time-to-recovery (MTTR).
Define and evolve KPIs for workflows and AI/chat usage; partner with stakeholders to drive action from insights.
