Roles & Responsibilities: HCM Functional Consultant (Benefits)

• Design, build and configure applications to meet the business process and application requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration
• Experience with configuration and testing of Workday HCM modules Knowledge on Reports and Calculation fields   
• Responsible for client deliverables of low-medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
• Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it for implementation
• Work directly with Onshore teams & integration consultants in   defining the approach, migration of configuration data into Workday
• Functional Consultant with relevant knowledge and experience of   the respective business processes for design and configuration

• Accountable for the development of test scenarios using Workday functional knowledge in Core HCM and Benefits modules

   

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday HCM core. 
• Workday Benefits.

Experience & Background 

• BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA
• Atleast 2-4 years of IT experience
• Professional Experience of at least 1 year in implementing or supporting Workday.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts. 
• Experience on Benefit module is must.
• Should have knowledge on Benefits Fundamental setup. 
• Experience in configuring various business processes within Core HCM 
• Experience in setting up Organization Structure, Staffing models, Compensation Plan & grades.
• Proven track record as a collaborative team player, able to work in a cross functional project team and collaborate to deliver to ambitious timelines.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience on other modules like Recruitment, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Learning is a plus.
• Experience in creating custom reports. Exposure to Composite Reports is a plus.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.
• Good have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation.
• Good to have – Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader.
