About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP S2P/MM implementation projects including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Configure and optimize procurement, inventory management, and vendor management processes.
- Ensure integration of MM with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, and Ariba.
- Develop functional specifications and oversee custom developments with ABAP teams.
- Lead testing phases (SIT, UAT) and resolve functional issues.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 8–12 years of experience in SAP MM and S2P implementations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with Ariba.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
Preferred Skills
- SAP certification in MM or S2P.
- Experience with Ariba Network and Supplier Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of automation tools and advanced reporting techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and hybrid landscapes.
