About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement end-to-end Revenue Assurance Framework for the entire healthcare group (pre-admission > discharge > billing > collection).
Oversee all revenue control processes including billing accuracy, denial management and leakage prevention.
Establish Revenue Leakage Benchmarks and reduction targets.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action plan.
Work closely with Finance, Operations and IT to align revenue assurance with business objectives.
Oversee clinical documentation improvement (CDI) program.
Conduct strategic reviews to identify improvement opportunities and automation initiatives.
Conduct periodical assessment against market competitiveness.
Lead and conduct internal revenue audits, governance and compliance review periodically.
Educations:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar) are a plus.
Knowledge & Experience:
10+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial management, healthcare management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition, billing system, financial process and internal controls.
Experience in big data analytics, revenue management tools and process improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work cross functions with other departments.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically, identify key issues in the revenue cycle and develop effective solutions.
Innovation & Process Improvement covering end-to-end revenue process.
