Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy of billing, pricing, charge codes and claims across hospital departments and subsidiaries.
• Conduct weekly and monthly revenue reconciliation between HIS, billing and finance system (GL).
• Produce variance analysis findings, revenue leakages reports and management dashboard.
• Perform spot checks on inpatient and outpatient transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in streamlining billing and charge capture workflow until revenue recognition.
• Work closely with Finance, Billing, Clinical and IT departments to resolve system or process gaps.
• Track and report key revenue assurance metrics (leakage recovery, claim rejection rate, billing accuracy rate)
• Perform audit sampling on charge sheet with final billing to detect irregularities.
• Coordinate with Finance and Billing to recover missed revenue.

Educations:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar) are a plus.

  Knowledge & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial management and healthcare management.
• In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition, billing system, financial process and internal controls.
• Experience in big data analytics, revenue management tools and process improvement.
