About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Check for missing or incorrect charges before final billing. To review Un-transferred charges and ensure hospitals take action to clear.
Track and ensure timely correction of revenue variances.
Support verification of doctor professional fees, insurance claims and package charges.
Update revenue assurance dashboard or trackers as required.
Conduct pre-bill checks before invoice finalization.
Investigate correction, rejected or queried claims.
Flags missing reports or notes affecting billing.
Ensure adherence to established SOPS, pricing policies and billing guidelines.
Liaise with Finance, Billing, IT and Clinical departments to resolve revenue discrepancies.
Support testing and validation of system updates or new features affecting billing and revenue
Educations:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or any related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar) are a plus.
Knowledge & Experience:
2+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial management and healthcare management.
In-depth knowledge of revenue recognition, billing system, financial process and internal controls.
Experience in big data analytics, revenue management tools and process improvement.
Skills & Competencies:
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work cross functions with other departments.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically, identify key issues in the revenue cycle and develop effective solutions.

- The Executive, Revenue Assurance is responsible for checking for missing or incorrect charges before final billing and ensuring timely correction of revenue variances. They will also liaise with various departments to resolve revenue discrepancies and support system updates affecting billing.
