Role: UX Designer III
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 7+ years
The role will entail creating graphics and animations for digital platforms, like Kotak’s mobile app and website. The work will also include creating banners for digital marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ideating and crafting quality visual assets, animations, and 3D modeling for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and UI/UX projects.
Ability to use AI would be a good attribute, but not a substitute for strong design foundations and manual artistic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ideating and designing high-quality 3D and 2D graphics and animations.
2. Developing motion graphics, animations, and interactive visuals for web and mobile applications.
3. Creating illustrations, infographics, and marketing materials aligned with the brand guidelines.
4. Collaborating with developers and product designers to integrate visuals seamlessly.
5. Utilizing software like Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
6. Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in 3D/2D design.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience in graphic design with expertise in both 2D and 3D design.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D tools (like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya).
3. Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
4. Experience in motion graphics, VFX, and animation is a plus.
5. Ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging graphics.
6. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
7. A portfolio showcasing your 2D/3D design work.
Important notes:
1. You will need to have a strong ability to understand complex financial products and simplify them into visual metaphors.

3. Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree (any stream).
4. Selection of shortlisted candidates will be based on assignment tests.
