Job Role

 

Team Lead BSG – IT Applications (Oracle Fusion) 

 

Job Responsibility
  • Executing IT initiatives for application development, roll-out & support
  • Analysis of Business Requirements to convert them to System Specifications
  • Must have domain knowledge about banking and financial services
  • Project Planning and execution with time and cost constraints
  • Functional resource who can provide Functional support to business 
  • Management of Oracle Fusion application from BSG perspective (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.)
  • Management of GST applications from BSG perspective (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.)
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders including business users as well as internal team members
  • Guiding team members to carry out the activities more efficiently

 

Job requirements 

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

 

  • Knowledge of Finance as well as Taxation (GST) processes
  • Domain Knowledge for the Banking & Financial Services  
  • Good team coordination and communication Skills
  • Good Vendor Management Skills
  • Good Troubleshooting Skill
  • Knowledge of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)
  • Proven skills and experience in Good companies and in Banking & Financial Services Domain
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion application (Financials modules like GL, AP, AR, FA etc.) will be added advantage

 

Educational Qualifications

 

  • Engineering Graduate and or Management Graduate
  Experience Profile
