Role
Support day-to-day coordination with Relationship Managers, Operations, and product providers/AMC’s for all fund-related activities.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for internal reviews.
Assist in budgeting and monitoring budget vs actuals.
Review of Financials of NR- Private and Offshore Businesses.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management meetings.
Coordinate with finance teams for income reconciliation and invoicing.
Preparation of Income Allocation Files.
Maintain AUM files and consolidate MIS across multiple jurisdictions.
Track sales pipeline for offshore products & timely drawdowns for offshore products.
Support product team for any kind of investor presentations, basis requirement.
Support IT/BSG teams in implementing system enhancements and resolving operational issues.
Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance and audit requirements.
Assist in tracking RM-level KRAs and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Prepare reports to monitor RM productivity, revenue contribution, and pipeline conversion.
Support business planning by integrating RM KRAs with unit-level targets and budgeting cycles.
