JOB ROLE
- As a design lead, you are responsible for developing and executing designs for all mediums, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.
- You will craft the DLS and ethos of how customers interacts with Cherry platform.
- You will own the process design and make sure you have an understanding of the tech layers while guiding every concept and interaction of the medium.
- Work with multiple teams to clarify what is needed and deliver creative solutions for operational needs.
- You will be required to set design directions for product initiatives while maintaining consistent design language across platforms.
- You will be expected to deliver design outputs and foster standards of design and collaboration.
- You are expected to design extraordinary ideas and systems.
- You will be expected to think out of the box to identify how UX interventions can drive business growth
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 7+ years of Product & UX design experience, a portfolio of samples that demonstrate your craft skills.
- You will work with different communication skills & be able to articulate your ideas across various stakeholders.
- Passion for problem-solving and the flair to handle conflicts with an empathetic approach.
- Awareness of design principles and trends in the industry.
- Ability to make decisions and influence key marketing and design decisions.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and balancing priorities.
- Strong understanding of design thinking, digital, industrial design, or information architecture.
