Koniag Management Solutions (KMS) is seeking an experienced and certified ServiceNow System Administrator to join our IT team and lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow (SNOW) solutions that drive business value and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to ensure system availability, performance, and security, while supporting business processes and user requirements across the organization. This individual will also serve as a lead / mentor for junior developers, and as a technical subject matter expert across the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of our ServiceNow initiatives while maintaining Agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
The System Administrator works closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This individual will lead platform administration & maintenance, configuration, customization, continuous improvement, and enable collaboration between development team and customer.
