We are seeking a Summer Trainee, Training Specialist to join our Training team in Hyvinkää. Our team specializes in producing high-quality training materials, instructions and arranging trainings. In this role, your main responsibility will be creating training content. You will record and edit training videos and design various digital learning materials. You will also collaborate closely with other team members, who will support you in daily tasks and help you learn and grow. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your teamwork skills and build a professional network. The position is based in Hyvinkää with the possibility for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is well suited for students from a wide range of study backgrounds who are eager to learn more about training and content creation. You are welcome to join us as you are — we especially value good teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and strong willingness to learn. As our work environment is international, fluent English and enthusiasm in working in multicultural settings are essential.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in a technical or commercial field with at least two years of studies completed.
• Basic understanding of video editing gained through studies, hobbies, or work experience.
• Good knowledge of common office tools and systems (e.g., MS Office, email).
• Previous experience or interest in digital systems or webpage-related work is considered an advantage.
