We are looking for a Summer Trainee, Quality to join our HSEQ team in Hyvinkää, Finland. As a Summer Trainee in Quality, you will be working in claim handling. Your daily responsibilities include for example handling incoming customer claims presented to the Global Parts warranty handling team, handling external vendor notifications, monitoring and analysing claims and their root causes, communicating any status changes with relevant people, and reporting HSEQ related data. You will work closely with your team members who help you get started and support you in your day-to-day activities. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your cooperation skills and network with the best talents of your industry. The position is based in Hyvinkää with the option for partial remote work.

What kind of talent are we looking for?

This role is ideal for a Bachelor's or Master's degree student who is eager to learn more about quality improvement tasks. You are welcome to Konecranes as yourself, but we especially value your good teamwork skills, hard-working attitude, and enthusiasm for developing yourself. Our work environment is highly international, so proficiency in English and the courage to work in an international work environment are important.

Requirements:

• Relevant studies, for example Bachelor or Master of Science (or other)
• Customer-oriented attitude and basic analytic skills from your studies or working life
• Knowledge in traditional IT-programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, etc. You also have basic knowledge of SAP ERP system
• Earlier work experience in similar tasks is seen as a beneficial
