Job Description

JOB POSITION SUMMARY

Candidate will work Remote 

The qualified candidate will interface with field sales, our customers, engineering, project management and service branches to provide valued solutions for our customers. Accomplish field engineering inspections resulting in reports from field inspection data gathered, while utilizing Konecranes software tools and Microsoft Office Products tools.

 

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create reports that accurately communicate all aspects of the field inspection and the engineering analysis.

· Perform and create solutions such as: Rail Q, Rail Q 3D, Crane Geometric, CRS inspection reports, Alignments and other Inspections/Testing for all industries.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

· The position will require full working knowledge of Microsoft office products (excel, word, power point and adobe).

· Experience in producing professional documents.

· Various software programs and report producing tools will be provided with this position.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· A BSME, BSMET or other technical engineering field is preferred, but applicable experience will be taken into consideration.

· The position will require training and the ability to learn Konecranes internal technical software programs.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

· 50% Travel required.
