KONE Technology and Innovation (KTI) combines the physical world of elevators and escalators with smart, connected digital systems — helping billions of people move within buildings every day. Our R&D teams tackle complex challenges across hardware and software, blending agile working methods with emerging technology.
We are looking for a Summer Trainee to join our global High Rise Elevator product R&D Team in Hyvinkää, Finland, for 2–4 months between May and September 2025 (depending on your availability).
In this role, you will work on requirements engineering and management, contributing to processes, practices, and supporting tools. While tools such as Jama Connect may be used in our environment, the focus will be on capturing, organizing, reviewing, and improving requirements, regardless of the specific platforms applied.
