KONE Cybersecurity team is responsible of security frameworks, processes, tools, and metrics used at KONE to control our cybersecurity risk. We work together with all KONE units globally and engage directly with customers to support their cybersecurity needs. We are now looking for a
Summer Trainee, Cybersecurity Competence and Culture
to join our Governance, Risk and Resilience team and work with colleagues responsible for shaping our cybersecurity culture and awareness programs on a global scale.
We are looking for a 3+ student with ongoing BCs/MSc studies in relevant field, such as communications, change management or cybersecurity to work for up to 4 months between May and September 2026, based on availability and preference. You will be based in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to work from the office 3 days a week.
In this position you will get to:
Support in planning and preparing for our 9th global Cybersecurity Week
Create and update cybersecurity training and campaign materials
Support in coordinating an update project of our global eLearning training
Promote “I own cybersecurity” mindset across all levels in the organization.
In order to be successful in this role, you preferably have
Fluency in English, written and verbal.
Strong interest and preferably some experience on the human side of cybersecurity and building strong cybersecurity culture through awareness training and campaigns.
Excellent people and presentation skills with proactive approach.
Experience in creating and updating materials and contents.
Experience in coordination and project management.
