Responsible for software deliverables are implemented with industry best practices and aligned with the design and architecture at system level.
Responsible to ensure that team follows agreed development process.
Accountable to ensures that SW features are thoroughly unit tested as part of the implementation process, to promote early quality.
Accountable of technical decisions made in the team, for own area of responsibility
Accountable to ensures that SW features are well documented using the defined tools.
Responsible for keeping the software in a releasable state, by following the agreed CI / CD principles.
Responsible for resolution of defects according to defect process in a timely manner
Responsible for planning and conducting quality actions such as code reviews, triages in the team.
Collaboration focus
Responsible for regular and timely collaboration within the agile team including other developers, CX designers, testers as well as the product owner, armed with a general awareness of team level competencies (as in “T-Shaped” profiles) and processes. Where needed collaborates with designers and developers from other teams.
Supports and mentors other team members in technological topics and best practices.
Expected to take additional responsibilities such as role of scrum master, lead task forces and defect triages)
Planning focus
Accountable for creating predictable plans as part of the agile planning processes.
Actively participates to backlog grooming, story estimations and ceremonies such as daily stand ups and sprint planning.
Supports the product owner in writing features and user stories and defining DoR and DoD quality gates for the same.
Actively follows team level metrics / KPIs / OKRs and takes actions when needed.
