The Role

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team supporting a high-profile customer site at Citi Group Tower. This is a critical, customer-facing role, ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of lift and escalator equipment within a demanding commercial environment.

You will work a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, covering both days and nights, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with the client.

Shift Pattern Details

  • 4 days on (12-hour shifts)

  • 4 days off

  • 4 nights on (12-hour shifts)

  • 4 nights off

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on lifts and associated equipment

  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and call-outs, ensuring minimal downtime

  • Diagnose faults efficiently and carry out repairs safely and effectively

  • Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE safety processes and site procedures

  • Maintain accurate service documentation using digital tools

  • Build strong working relationships with the customer and on-site stakeholders

  • Support continuous improvement and high performance standards on site

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering

  • Proven experience working as a Service or Maintenance Engineer

  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to work independently on a critical, high-profile site

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
