Supports sales function by creating project schedules and related support material for use

in KONE estimates and proposals.

Designs, constructs and maintains cost and resource loaded schedules for projects in

execution and pro-actively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting schedule

requirements.

Interacts directly with customers to clearly understand overall project requirements and

milestones in order to integrate construction master schedules with those specific to KONE

scope.

Bridges potential misalignment between KONE Supply Line and Front Line, by actively

checking project schedules and identifying and suggesting corrective actions and

scheduling opportunities.

Assists local Project Manager in the development and maintenance of existing schedules

performing critical path, acceleration and gap analysis as required. 

Assists in project performance analysis and forecasting based on Critical Path and Earned

Value.

Maintains accurate records of schedule development through the lifetime of the Project.

Ensures bespoke customer reports and contractual planning obligations are understood

and fulfilled.

Provides support to Project Team and management in relation to EOT claims and Cause

and Effect’ scheduling.

Assists in project risk analysis.

Contributes in the development of planning processes and best practices and assists with

their implementation and guides, supports and trains project teams in their application.
