Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a KBS Processing Agent with English language to support KONE branch in the Netherlands.

What will your role be?

As a KBS Processing Agent you will work closely with your colleagues abroad helping them to administratively support their business process. In this way you can have a great impact on the quality of our KONE brand and processes for our customers, thus helping to improve the flow of urban life in the world.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Validate and enter data into the SAP (ERP) system, that includes Equipment Master Data, Contracts and Billing.
• Use of MS Excel for larger data validation (use of filters and basic functions sufficient, specific steps will be trained).
• Manage requests based on priority and manage your time effectively.
• Collaborate across teams and functions, promoting knowledge sharing and contributing to collective operational goals.
• Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn and grow within data-driven and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data.
• Aspiration to learn and develop.
• Team player with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), proficiency in another European language is of advantage.
• Experience with MS Office, particularly with MS Excel.

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.450 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
