About this role

岗位职责:
1.通过安排拜访潜在客户并介绍KONE公司及其产品,以达到和提高获取订单目标及市场占有率。
2.处理并提供获得订单之前的一切服务,包括交通流量分析、提供布置草图、递交投标文件。
3.与客户保持密切联系以跟进及汇报已递交标书的状态。
4.定时向销售经理准确地提供标书信息及反馈意见,为进一步行动之决定提出建议。
5.依据公司政策全面跟进与客户之间所进行的销售合同协商。
6.安排完成销售合同的签署及预付定金的收款。

任职要求:
1.原则上本科或以上学历,工科背景优先;
2.1-2年电梯、中央空调、暖通设备、消防设备或机电产品销售工作经验;
3.责任心强,沟通协调能力强,有良好的团队精神
4.能承受较强的工作压力
