Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience working in Production, Line assembly, Quality

  • Basic knowledge and experience of Manufacturing / Operational process

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

  • Knowledge in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools is an added advantage

  • Business understanding about his specific area (also based on the economical evaluations)

  • Ability to provide feedback both orally and in writing

  • Basic knowledge in operation, production (lean manufacturing and 5 S principles), quality (Six sigma), logistics and supply chain management

  • Good problem-solving skills and strong process discipline

  • IIFR

  • Lost time due to injury

  • Rework/production scraps reduction

  • Environmental targets
     

Time

  • Complete on Time (COT)

  • Schedule adherence

  • Reaction time for feedback orders
     

Cost

  • Volume per shift à productivity and efficiency

  • Optimize direct working hours à reduction of indirect hours with the best use of the resources

  • Ideas and suggestions in own area (IMS and PDCA)
